Projekt „podsvětí“ spojuje několik mi blízkých témat:
historii keramiky, experiment, sci-fi a přírodu. Tvar vázy je inspirován mycéliem a zároveň tvaroslovím Georgese Hoentschela, francouzského architekta a keramika přelomu 19. a 20. století. Ten se inspiroval v japonismu, stékavých a kvetoucích glazurách.
Mnou použité glazury jsou výsledek mých dlouhodobých experimentů.
Květiny se v těchto chodících obalech vydávají na svoji poslední pouť.
The „Underworld“ project combines several themes close to my heart:
the history of ceramics, experimentation, sci-fi, and nature. The shape of the vase is inspired by mycelium, as well as the forms of Georges Hoentschel, a French architect and ceramist from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. Hoentschel drew inspiration from Japonism and flowing, blooming glazes.
The glazes I used are the result of my long-term experiments.
In these walking vessels, the flowers embark on their final journey.
